How to Write An Agreement Letter
An Agreement Letter is any letter written to lay out the terms of a working business relationship. By outlining the terms of your arrangement or deal, a written agreement enables you to have knowledge of your rights and responsibilities. Agreement Letters are written in a formal tone only hence, the writer should be concise but clear.
The letter should include information like: the contact information of both parties; whose precepts or laws will govern the agreement; the dates and subjects of any previous negotiations; the agreed terms and conditions, including the amount of money to be paid; when the agreement goes into effect; and when it will end. With a Letter of Agreement available, you would know what to expect—and what is expected of you.
