Dissatisfied With After Sale Service

Dear Sir or Madam,

Yesterday, I bought a Samsung galaxy s5 only for the device not to power on. I am very dissatisfied at this and I write, hoping that something would be done to rectify this problem as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, as my warranty card is still valid, I suggest that as I present this warranty alongside this letter, that the device would be replaced with another one or make arrangements to replace the one I have.

I would be really grateful if this issue is treated as fast as possible.

 Yours faithfully,

Letter of Grievance

Dear Sir or Madam,

I, AkinbaodeAbideen, wish to use this medium to bring to your notice the conditions which both I and my neighbours live in.

The street lights do not function at all hence, giving both petty and armed robbers the opportunity to do whatever they want to us. They steal from us at the slightest instance whenever we walk outside, after dark only because there are no street lights to catch them.

This is actually a Follow up because a neighbour of mine has previously written on our behalf some time ago.

I humbly suggest that, at the very least, the malfunctioning street lights be repaired or replaced as soon as possible so that we do not have to suffer on the hands of these robbers.

Yours faithfully,

_________
